The January transfer window is closed, which will likely mean new Ones to Watch cards as part of the Ratings Refresh promo. Alongside transfers, the best performing players should get upgrades to their base cards. So that you can plan your new teams for the rest of the season, here are our FIFA 20 La Liga Ratings Refresh predictions.
What will happen is players will have their base gold cards replaced with the newly upgraded ones. Any existing lower versions will remain in teams and on the transfer market, with the new ones being the only ones available in packs.
If the Ratings Refresh version of a player sees any single in-game stat surpass that of a special version of the player, the special version will also upgrade. If no stats are surpassed, the special card will remain the original rating.
All existing versions of the special card will be upgraded, even if it’s in your squad, but no existing base gold cards will be upgraded.
