With the release of patch 5.2 for Final Fantasy XIV, the main story continues with a new solo duty and dungeon. However, the Eden raid series also continues with this patch, and the second tier of raids have been released. Here’s where to continue the Eden raid series in FFXIV patch 5.2.
Continuing the Eden Raid Tier 2 in FFXIV Patch 5.2
The last time we spoke to Ryne and Thancred, we left them at Amh Araeng. That means, of course, that you’ll need to head back there to continue the story. Teleport over to Mord Souq in Amh Araeng, and look for the blue quest marker to get started.
The quest giver is an NPC named Yalfort, and the quest itself is titled Away with the Faerie. You’ll find Yalfort at the coordinates X: 27.4, Y: 16.2. He’s very near the Aetheryte crystal at Mord Souq, so you can’t miss him.
Once you talk to him and accept the quest, the story will continue, and all you need to do is follow the quest objective markers to unlock the next tier of Eden raids.
Of course, do be aware that you need a Disciple of War or Magic job at level 80, and your minimum item level needs to be at 455 in order to get your foot in the door.
