Around the midpoint of the game, if you manage to get Tsubasa’s Stage Rank up to 7, you’ll be able to unlock her next character side story. The story itself is called Opening Your Heart, and you’ll be tasked with finding the Little Devil.
Finding the Little Devil isn’t as straightforward as it might seem, so we’re here to help you out. First things first, go to Shibuya Station and talk to the group of students to the side. They’ll then direct you to Hee Ho Mart, where the cat should be.
Head over to Hee Ho Mart and walk northward, and talk to the punkish NPC to get more information about the cat. You’ll learn that the cat likes to hang around the alley just north of Hee Ho Mart, so head over there.
At the alley, you’ll just need to stand and wait there for a while before the cat shows up, and a cutscene with Tsubasa will trigger here. This will allow you to complete the quest, and unlock a new Performa and Radiant Unity for Tsubasa.
