Destiny 2: How to Get Gallant Charge Legendary Fusion Rifle

Destiny 2: Season of Dawn has arrived and the new seasonal activity, The Sundial, offers up a host of new and returning weapons that players can roll pretty much ad nauseam throughout the season. One such weapon that is getting a lot of attention is the Gallant Charge Legendary Fusion Rifle. Here’s how to get it and re-roll perks.

How to Get Gallant Charge Legendary Fusion Rifle in Destiny 2

The Gallant Charge Legendary Fusion Rifle, like many of the Obelisk Sundial Weapons, are tied to the obelisks that are scattered around various planets in Destiny 2.

In this case, we’re going to have to deal with the, currently at the time of this writing, problematic EDZ Obelisk that is bugged and still might be bugged by the time you’re reading it.

Let’s assume for the rest of the article that Bungie has fixed the bug and you’re able to interact with the obelisk and attune to it normally. If you can’t though, read our guide on how to potentially temp fix the issue.

Anywho, assuming you’re living in a timeline where this isn’t a problem anymore, first unlock the obelisk by attuning to all the ones that Osiris has available on Mercury until you receive the EDZ quest.

The EDZ obelisk quest is very similar to the others. You’ll need to kill some enemies, bank parts, and then get super/ability kills, bank that light, interact with the obelisk and boom, bam you’re done.

Once you’ve activated the EDZ Obelisk as your primary by selecting the option on the bottom row of the interact menu, you’ll receive a randomly rolled Gallant Charge Legendary Fusion Rifle upon completing a run of the Sundial.

If you bump up your resonance rank at the EDZ obelisk, you can also do Timelost bounties to get extra randomly rolled Gallant Charge upon completing those. If you don’t want to link to the EDZ, you can at least raise the resonance rank high enough until you can grab Gallant Charge bounties so you can work on those while you’re linked to something else.

Time needed: 20 minutes

How to Get Gallant Charge Legendary Fusion Rifle

  1. Unlock the EDZ Obelisk by completing Obelisk Quests from Osiris.

  2. Activate EDZ Obelisk as primary and run Sundial to receive randomly rolled Gallant Charges.

  3. Complete Timelost Gallant Charge bounties after raising EDZ resonance rank.

Just make sure that you find your perfect god roll before Season of Dawn ends because there’s no word yet which, if any, Season of Dawn weapons will return to Destiny 2 in the future. This might be your only chance to get one.

That’s all you need to know for how to get the Gallant Charge Legendary Fusion Rifle in Destiny 2: Season of Dawn.
