In order to get Cold Front, you’ll need to begin The Dawning 2019’s first mission, ‘The Dawning Begins.’
During this mission, you’ll be tasked with making your first baked good for Zavala.
After you give Zavala the cookie, you’ll be given the Cold Front as your reward. There really isn’t anything else to it. Simply complete this first mission and the Cold Front is yours.
