The images focus on three characters, Ryuki, Ann, and Morgana.

On top of that we also see more of the features revealed yesterday, including the city of Sendai and its jail.

If you’re unfamiliar with it, the Jail is basically the new palace. It’s a parallel world created by the consciousness of a “king” who rules over it, and there’s one in every city.

Sendai’s Jail is ruled by light novel writer Ango Natsume and it’s inspired by a medieval castle, themed after Ango’s hit “Prince of Nightmares.”

We also get to see familiar mechanics adapted to the action style. By hitting the enemies’ weaknesses you can perform the traditional “all-out-attack.”

Technicals also return if you inflict a specific damage type associated with a status effect on the enemy.

You can check out all the screenshots below.

If you want to see more of the game, you can enjoy the first gameplay, a trailer focusing on the hero, one featuring Sophia, one showing Ryuji, one dedicated to Morgana, one showing off Sendai and the features described here, an earlier trailer, a few TV commercials focusing on the various locations of the game, the first screenshots alongside story and gameplay details, and a second batch focusing once more on Sophia and Joker.

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is coming for PS4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on February 20, 2020. At the moment, no western release has been announced.

Hopefully Atlus USA will deliver some news on this front soon enough, even if they seem to be focusing on Persona 5 Royal for the moment.
