Of course, this is going to be helpful if you’ve luckily got one of the above in Mario’s Gacha pipe system. If that’s not the case then your best route is to work towards hitting account level 12 (assuming you haven’t already) and use your coin reward to purchase on of the above characters.
If you’ve already hit account level 12 and you still don’t have either Wendy, Peachette, or Peach Kimono then you’ll have to grind races for rubies, which you can then use to “fire the pipe” and hopefully get one of them as a reward.
