Once the scene is done and you have control of Ryza, head right once out of the alley leading to Fressher’s Shop. Head straight and at the corner where the two staircases meet, speak to the guy with the purple hair.
You’ll now want to speak to the girl with the amber hair on the north side of the district. She will also not have what you are looking for, but you must now either use the fast travel board for the world map menu to head to Kurken Port.
Your third person will be standing straight ahead from the entrance to the port past Romy to the woman in yellow, she will also not have what you are looking for. Without having the book in hand, return to Fressher’s Shop in Boden District and turn the quest in to Gina to complete it.
