Why You Need High CP Pokemon
As you progress through all the stages, battling new Super Bosses and heading to new islands, you’ll need Pokemon of a higher CP. Almost all bosses have requirements that you must meet before you can face them.
They can be things like adding a certain Pokemon to your collection, catching a certain number of different species, or having at least one ‘mon with a CP that’s above a threshold.
How to Get High CP Pokemon in Pokemon Rumble Rush
There’s actually no trick to getting High CP Pokemon in the game. As you progress through the stages, you’ll naturally come up against more powerful Pokemon that you can catch.
When you’re asked for one that’s 230 CP or higher to battle a Super Boss, you’ll likely find one in the next stage you attempt if you haven’t already got one, and that’s the case for all figures.
Just take on a stage and keep your fingers crossed and you should find a Pokemon that’s more powerful than those you currently have.
Alternatively, you can increase a Pokemon’s CP a little using Gears. By finding ore by beating stages, you can refine them to get Gears which can be given to a ‘mon. Some of them add HP, while others increase CP.
If you want to get every single point you can, try adding Gears to the most powerful creature you currently have. The issue you’ll soon come across, though, is that Pokemon you begin to catch will already be of a higher CP than the one you just upgraded.
