Legendary Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima is continuing to share images of his new game Death Stranding while on break during his testing sessions.

Most interestingly, he has started to post images in color, while the previous batches have all been veiled by a greyscale filter.

The result is definitely impressive, with beautiful vistas and charming looks at brooding protagonist Sam “Porter” Bridges played by Norman Reedus.

As usual, we also see that Sam can carry a large variety of different equipment, which changes his character silhouette quite strikingly. It’ll be really interesting to see how far this ability to customize what he wears goes, and what effects it has on gameplay.

You can see all of the latest images below.

If you want to know more about Death Stranding, you can take a look at the latest English trailer, the Japanese version with additional footage and a different song.

You can also take a look at a recent gallery of beautiful images, and a second one, which revealed that (as you can also see in this post) Sam can fall asleep on the job.

Recently Hideo Kojima announced that he will be at San Diego Comic Con together with Danish film Director Nicolas Winding Refn.

Death Stranding is coming to PS4 on November 8, 2019.
