To get the item, you’ll need to craft it.
How to Craft the Flame Circlet
To craft the Flame Circlet in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, you will need one Ruby and one Circlet.
To craft items in the game, you need to head to the nearest Dominique location. Dominique is an exorcist and friend of Johannes and the shopkeeper of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. By speaking with her, you can purchase, sell, and craft items.
When her shop menu is pulled up, move over to the craft menu and there, you’ll see all of the items you can craft. When you hover over the Flame Circlet, you’ll see the two items you’ll need.
Where to Get a Ruby
To find a Ruby, you need to get under the castle in the Forbidden Underground Waterway. Here, there are a number of blue chests that each have a high chance to hold a Ruby within. If you open the chests and fail to get a Ruby, simply leave the area and return.
You should see that the blue chests have returned and can be opened for a chance at a Ruby once more. With the Ruby in hand, it’s time to get the final item you need.
Where to Get a Circlet
To get this item, simply buy it from the shop. You can’t craft or find circlets in the game so buying one is the only way to obtain one. Now that you’ve got this and a Ruby, you can craft the Flame Circlet.
