Invert in Dian Cecht Cathedral

If you take a look at the map, you’ll see that Dian Cecht Cathedral is a much larger area than anticipated, and there’s more to explore even after you’ve defeated the Bloodless boss.

To explore this area fully in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night, you’ll need the Invert Shard, which is obtained from the demon boss fight found in the Inferno Cave. Once you have it, head back to the main hall of Dian Cecht Cathedral and use Invert to get all the way to the top of the tower. You’ll find a chest containing the Carpenter’s Key.

Where to Use the Carpenter’s Key in Ritual of the Night

Now that you have the Carpenter’s Key in Bloodstained, you’ll be able to open a door that leads you to an optional boss fight.

Before doing that, though, you need to get the Aegis Plate armor piece from the Towers of Twin Dragons, then use it to get past the spike traps back in the main hall of the castle. This will lead you to the Oriental Sorcery Lab, which is one of the toughest areas to get through in the game.

The Carpenter’s room is located directly above the fast travel point in this area, and you can use the Carpenter’s Key to unlock it to fight the Master Carpenter. This boss is pretty tough, but he has a few valuable drops that might aid you on your journey.

That’s all you need to know about how to get the Carpenter’s Key and where to use it in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
