First of all, we get a video showing a scene that was included in the latest trailer, showing how the hero (voiced by Yuusuke Kobayashi) rescues the students of the academy before being summoned as a teacher.

That being said, this time around we get to see an alternate version of the cutscene with the female heroine, who is voiced by Shizuka Itou.

On top of that, we learn the official names (at least for Japan) of the main character. The female version is named Beres, while the male version is named Beret. Future announcements will refer to them with those names. Of course, this doesn’t mean that they won’t be customizable.

Lastly, we get the promise of more information being trickled down little by little on the official Twitter account, that also provided new art for the heroes and for the character named Anna. You can check them out at the bottom of the post.

If you want to see and learn more, you can check out more screenshots and gameplay details from yesterday’s issue of Weekly Famitsu.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses will be released on July 26 exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
