Before Days Gone lets you explore the first section of its open world, you’ll need to get through its opening introductory mission. As part of this first quest, you’ll need to break into Crazy Willie’s garage to grab a bike part. Except it’s not all that clear how you go about getting inside, so here’s how to get into the garage in Days Gone.
How to Get Into the Garage in Days Gone
As soon as Boozer leaves you and rides off to attract the attention of most of the nearby Freakers, make your way west through the town and toward the objective highlighted with a yellow arrow on the minimap. There are some freaker nests to take out along the way, and some crafting resources you can grab from various houses accessible by window or door.
Once you have cleared out the town, proceed toward the garage. You won’t miss it –Willie’s garage is a service station that’s obviously signposted. You’ll have noticed that all the doors to enter the building are locked.
Approach the garage/service station from the rear and climb on top of the shed that’s attached to its wall. There are some newts that will aggro as you do so, but they’re easy to take out.
Once you’re on top of the roof, walk over to the far side of the building and you’ll see a giant hole in the roof. This is your entry point to Willie’s garage, so drop down to access the inside of the garage. From here, it’s just a case of working your way through the building and finding the spare part that Deacon needs to complete the mission.
