Modern Warfare Remastered: How to Prestige & What Level It Is

How to Prestige in Modern Warfare Remastered & What Level It Is

As is the case in most Call of Duty games, the level cap in MWR takes on a few different forms. Here’s everything you need to know about how to prestige in Modern Warfare Remastered and what level it is.

What Level You Need to Be

The levelling system has changed slightly from the original game for the remaster. While, just as you could before, you can choose to prestige once you’ve reached the end of level 55 in the remaster, you can also do so more times.

While the highest level you could hit was 10th prestige and level 55 in the game that released in 2007, you can get up to 20th prestige in Modern Warfare Remastered, at which point you’ll be able to keep leveling up to 1000.

When you do so in the game, you will revert back to level 1 and lose all of your unlocked weapons and attachments. However, you will be able to permanently unlock one weapon each time and will get a new emblem.
