Nintendo has released a launch trailer for the adorable mascot platformer, Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn. This port of the 2010 Wii title was announced back in September of last year during a Nintendo Direct and comes with the brand-new Devilish Mode and a couple of new minigames as well.
Like we mentioned previously, this edition of Epic Yarn isn’t simply a port; with the added Ravel abilities, Kirby has even more power than before. These abilities such as the Knitting Needles and Nylon just make it easier to collect gems and also hurt enemies.
There’s also the new Devilish Mode that has Kirby going through the stages as normal, but instead, there is a demon who is trying to end your life, as you can probably guess, it’s not the most relaxing experience.
And for those still not interested in this upgraded port, Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn throws in new minigames that allow you to play with your two best rivals, Metaknight, and King Dedede.
Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn is available right now on the Nintendo 3DS. If you can’t wait to check out Yoshi’s Crafted World, then this might ease the pain.
You can watch the launch trailer below to check out all of the crazy things that Kirby can transform into; did you know that Kirby can turn into a fire truck, a parachute, and a flying saucer? Don’t believe me, then look for yourself:
