How to Heal Your Health in Battlefield V Firestorm

Firestorm, Battlefield V’s long-awaited battle royale mode, has finally arrived on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. It combines what you’d expect from a battle royale game with traditional Battlefield gameplay. It might not be as action-packed as the usual multiplayer modes, but you’ll still be in plenty of danger. Here’s everything you need to know about how to heal your health in Firestorm.

In the standard Battlefield V modes, you heal your health with the one medkit that you start each round with. You use it by pressing up on your d-pad. Once it’s has been used, you need to search for a medic character who can heal you again. That’s all you can do to heal.

Since Firestorm is a battle royale game and each life should, hopefully, last a while longer than a life in standard multiplayer modes. You will, therefore, come across more enemies, likely take more damage, and will probably need more than the basics to heal your health.

As you run around the huge map of Firestorm, you will find syrette syringes on the floor, which is a new system for Firestorm that allows you to heal multiple times depending on how many you have picked up (6 max), but there is a cooldown with this gadget. You can use three or so within about a 20-second window.

You shouldn’t have much trouble finding them, with more likely to be found in houses and busier areas. You’ll also typically find them in safes and supply boxes.

Once you’ve got some syrette syringes to heal your health, you use them by pressing up on the d-pad as you do in Battlefield V’s other modes (or C if you’re playing on PC). As you’d expect, each time you take some damage, you’ll need to use another healing device.

That’s everything you need to know about how to heal your health in Firestorm. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to check out our Firestorm wiki guide or search for Twinfinite.
