During the Inside Xbox February episode, Rare and Microsoft announced a special free-to-play week for friends of Sea of Thieves players on Xbox One and PC.
If you have either purchased Sea of Thieves or played it through a current Xbox Game Pass subscription, then you can go to this link right here and obtain three codes that you can give to your friends, or just hoard them for yourselves.
These codes, starting on Feb 6, will allow your friends to play Sea of Thieves for free until Feb 13, letting them join in on the swash-buckling action taking place across the seven seas.
Plus, if your friends do decide to purchase the game after checking out this trial, then they can purchase the title digitally for a 35% discount, but only until Feb 27 using that Friends Play Free code.
Also, on Xbox Wire, Rare teased that a big Sea of Thieves announcement will be coming on Mar 20 to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the launch.
