First of all, we heard from Chief Financial Officer Dennis Durkin that the developers are working on what Activision believes is “the best Call of Duty ever built.”

Later during the call, a few more details were provided by President Rob Kostich.

“This fall’s launch I believe is going to resonate very positively with our community. It is an amazing game, featuring an entirely new campaign, a huge and expansive multiplayer world, and of course co-op gameplay.

From day one we’ve been really excited and every time we’ve shown this title internally it just created a ton of buzz. I wish I could tell you a lot more right now, but unfortunately, you’ll have to wait, but I think it’s going to be really worth it.

CEO Bobby Kotick also added that this is “underselling what the internal enthusiasm is” for the game and that he hasn’t almost ever seen this much enthusiasm within the company before.
