This New Live-Action Pokemon GO Trailer Makes Us Wish Pokemon Were Real…Like Always

After years of wanting this feature oh so bad, Pokemon GO players can now battle other trainers. With battling being one of the main concepts of the mainline Pokemon series, not having this at the launch of the mobile title bummed out some fans, but now it’s here and Niantic has released a really cool live-action trailer, which you can watch below.

Like always, the trailer shows Pokemon in real life –like how it looks in our dreams– with trainers battling around the city and on basketball courts, you know, where battles would normally take place if these creatures existed.
