FUTmas has just started, but we’ll still be getting a new Team of the Week on Wednesday. There were some strange, standout performances this week, and the biggest game was Liverpool vs. Manchester United at Anfield on Sunday. Here are our FIFA 19 Team of the Week 14 (TOTW 14) predictions.

FIFA 19 Team of the Week 14 Player Predictions

• Sergio Asenjo – GK – Villarreal – 86 OVR – Villarreal only drew 2-2 this weekend, after a last ditch goal, but after being down to ten men, Asenjo made 11 saves, saved a penalty, and won the man of the match award.
• Joshua Kimmich – RB – Bayern Munich – 86 OVR – Playing in midfield recently, Kimmich scored one, assisted another, and kept a clean sheet in Bayern’s win.
• Daley Blind – CB – Ajax – 84 OVR – Now, this isn’t something you see everyday. Ex-Man United defender, Daley Blind, scored a hat-trick from CB in Ajax’s 8-0 win over De Graafschap.
• Federico Fazio – CB – Roma – 84 OVR – Roma have been performing poorly this season, but Fazio helped them win 3-2 this weekend with a goal.
• Hakim Zieych – LM – Ajax – 86 OVR – We very rarely see two players from the same game make a TOTW, but it’s almost impossible to not do so this week. Just like his defensive teammate, Ziyech scored a hat-trick in Ajax’s win, and even got himself an additional assist.
• Filip Kostic – LM – Eintracht Frankfurt – 81 OVR – With a goal and assist in Frankfurt’s surprising 2-1 win over Leverkusen, Kostic deserves a spot.
• Xherdan Shaqiri– CAM – Liverpool – 84 OVR – With an incredible 36 shots against Man United on Sunday, it’s surprising that the game was close until Shaqiri came off the bench. He scored twice, though, to see his team win 3-1.
• Lionel Messi – CF – Barcelona – 96 OVR – Somehow only the fifth best player in the world according to his peers, Messi played a part in every goal in Barcelona’s 5-0 win over Levante. He scored three and assisted two.
• Gabriel Jesus – ST – Manchester City – 85 OVR – With Aguero sitting on the bench, Jesus needed to prove himself. He did so with two goals to see City win 3-1.
• Bas Dost – ST – Sporting CP – 85 OVR – Everyone’s favorite FUT card is up for an in-form this week after bagging two goals and an assist.
• Antoine Griezmann – ST – Atletico Madrid – 91 OVR – Like Messi, his recent TOTGS card may disqualify Griezmann here, but with two goals and an assist, he deserves a place.

The full team will be revealed via EA Sports’ Twitter account at 10 am ET on Wednesday, and the players will be released into packs at 1 pm the same day.
