How to Play Dreams Beta
Dreams is a PS4 exclusive we’ve waited a long time to play, and it sounds as though it’s finally ready to play. Before the game’s official launch in 2019, you’ll be able to try an early version of it, so here’s how to play Dreams beta if you’re wanting to check it out.
Announced as part of a developer stream today, Media Molecule is officially starting the Dreams’ beta on Dec. 19. However, this will only be available for those that have already been following the developer’s newsletter prior to Dec. 7.
Unfortunately for everyone else, the general public won’t have the option to try the beta until next year, on Jan. 8. The beta will then run through until Jan. 21 for everyone else that signs up to the newsletter before the session closes.
In brief, you’ve already missed your opportunity to sign up for the early beta testing but you can still get on board for the Jan. 8 start. Just head over to Media Molecule and sign up as soon as possible.
It’s worth noting a few important caveats to the beta. First and foremost, it won’t support PSVR, which is reserved for the full version of the game. You’ll also have to sign a confidentiality agreement with Media Molecule.
Additionally, the beta is only available in the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
Users must be 18 years and older for the beta, but they do not need a PS Plus subscription to sign into it — only a connection to the PSN is required.
That’s all we have about how to play Dreams beta. For more information on the game, be sure to search Twinfinite.
