The best boss to start with is Bounce Man. That said, players can try to fight any of the robot masters and their stages that they so choose at the start of Mega Man 11, and will likewise have to battle one boss with no possible advantages. However, Bounce Man is one of the easiest bosses to take on with the Mega Buster. His ability is also useful in general. This is thanks to his bouncing scatter shot ability he grants to Mega Man when he is defeated.

With the balloon blast, players can dispatch the electric Volt Man with ease. His electric shockwave ability can stun and dispatch Tundra Man in no time flat.
