This is a huge win for Insomniac’s open world super hero game. One thing to note is that this report only counts physical copies sold, according to Gamesindustry.biz. It will be interesting to see how Marvel’s Spider-Man stacks up against the other huge titles of the year with games like Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, and Red Dead Redemption 2.
