Where to Find the Acupuncture Clinic and What It Does In Yakuza Kiwami 2

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life may have been the swan song for protagonist Kazuma Kiryu, but the Dragon of Dojima returns once again in Yakuza Kiwami 2, a full remake of the original Yakuza 2. It’s much more than just a visual upgrade, however, as Yakuza Kiwami 2 brings a ton of brand new minigames, combat mechanics, a new story section about Goro Majima, and more. Since Yakuza Kiwami 2 is built on the Dragon Engine from Yakuza 6, the way combat and getting abilities works is pretty similar. For the most part you purchase your abilities, but you’ll need a few other options as well, like the acupuncture clinic.

You’ll need to use the acupuncture clinic to learn a few different battle skills in Yakuza Kiwami 2, like the super useful Komai Breakfall Recovery that lets you spring back up after being knocked down. The clinic can be found just north of S Shofukucho Street. It’s right next to Aoi, the bar you go to during multiple points in the story and on your map it’s the very last door before the main Shofukucho Street.

By heading inside you can talk to the acupuncturist and get a treatment for 5,000 yen that will unlock a latent ability. There is a bit of a catch, however, as the clinic tells says you need to have had certain experiences in order for the treatment to work. Most of these experiences will be tied to the main story, but for example, the hint where they say you need to beat an ancient master in a place where warriors gather, means you need to beat Komaki in a Colosseum match in Purgatory.

Make sure to check in at the acupuncture clinic and try to learn every skill you can from it, as they’ll all be very useful in combat. That does it for where to find the Acupuncture Clinic in Yakuza Kiwami 2. For more tips and guides on Yakuza Kiwami 2, make sure to search Twinfinite.
