Starlink: Battle for Atlas’ Digital Switch Version Will Take up 12.7GB of Space

Nintendo’s version of the game comes in at about 5GB less than Starlink: Battle for Atlas on PS4. Sony’s version has a file size of 17.12GB. Regardless of that fact, this download size still takes up almost a third of the Switch’s internal storage, which comes with 32GB.

Digital download isn’t the only way to purchase the game though, as physical editions of Starlink: Battle for Atlas exist as well. The Nintendo Switch features two editions available for purchase, Standard and Deluxe.

The Standard edition of the game will net you four starships, six pilots, and 12 weapons. If you pre-order, you also receive Startail as a bonus pilot. You’ll get all of this for $60.

For big spenders, the Deluxe edition of Starlink: Battle for Atlas grants you five starships, nine pilots, 15 weapons. Just like the Standard version, Startail is included alongside pre-orders. These extra incentives cost you just a bit more, as Deluxe is $80 to purchase.

As of today, pre-ordering for the Digital Editions of Starlink: Battle For Atlas is now possible, just in time for release on October 16, 2018, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
