Mario Tennis Aces Demo: How to Turn Off Motion Controls

How to Turn Off Motion Controls in the Mario Tennis Aces Demo

Recommended Videos

Mario Tennis Aces is almost here, and as a result, we have a sweet demo to check out for ourselves this weekend. Within the demo, we get a good taste of what to expect from the game. One of the new additions are the motion controls, utilizing the Switch’s abilities to play games like that. You might find those annoying, though, so here’s how to turn them off.

To turn off (or on, whatever floats your boat) the motion controls, head to the main menu of the game. Then, head to the Options menu. Once here, scroll down to Gyroscope Controls and make sure that’s turned to off. If you want them on, flip the switch to on.

These basically change the way you perform those trick shots and zone shots. You won’t be using the motion controls (or gyroscope, whatever) for them anymore. Instead, you’ll aim where the ball will land using your right thumbstick.

That’s how you can alter your motion controls in the Mario Tennis Aces demo. Thanks for reading, and if you need more help with the game, let us know down below and we’ll do our best to help you out!
