Is Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Coming to Nintendo Switch?

Recommended Videos

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 made a splash at its recent reveal event, changing up the typical campaign + multiplayer format that we’ve been used to since the inception of the series. In a controversial move, conventional single-player has been dropped in favor of a heavy focus on Zombies. There’s also a brand new multiplayer mode that’s set to dominate the online scene: Battle Royale. As you’d expect, Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is set to release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. But is it coming to Nintendo Switch?

Unfortunately for Nintendo fans, the game will not be coming to the Switch. Twinfinite recently had the chance to sit down in a roundtable interview with Yale Miller, Senior Producer at Treyarch, and Matt Scronce, Game Designer at Treyarch. We asked them directly whether there were any plans for a Nintendo Switch port, and the answer was a definite no.

Of course, there’s always a slim chance that things could change in the future, but right now it looks as though Nintendo Switch players will have to look to a different console to get their Call of Duty Black Ops 4 fix.

For more information about the game, you’re already in the right place here at Twinfinite.
