Dead-Heat Breakers lets you create your very own Amiimal avatar to team up with Dillon in battle. Apparently, other Miis will also join in on the fun, and you can meet them while wandering around town as well as in battle. We also see a couple shots of minigames, including a puzzle-type one and a time trial race. Here’s a brief overview of the game from Nintendo.

“As a team, defend a post-apocalyptic wild west from an invasion of transforming rock monsters alongside your Amiimal, Dillon the armadillo, and his squirrel engineer, Russ. Recruit hired gunners to back you up in battle, and then roll into fights and high-speed chases and take down waves of enemies!”

Dillon’s Dead-Heat Breakers launches on May 24, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. A demo for the game is currently available via the 3DS eShop.
