How to Get Cash in Radical Heights
Radical Heights hits PC today via Early Access having only been announced yesterday. And while it still might be a little rough around the edges, it does have some pretty neat mechanics. Rather than simply finding all of your weapons in chests or just lying around on the floor, you can use cash to get weapons, gadgets, and armor to help you survive longer. Problem is, this cash can be a little tricky to find. Here’s what you need to know to get cash fast in Radical Heights.
First and foremost, you’ll want to keep your eyes peeled for any cash registers in buildings that you stumble upon in Radical Heights. If you smash these up or shoot them, they’ll explode with a bunch of money, so be sure to do this as you go about.
The main way we’ve been getting money fast in Radical Heights, however, was by essentially opening its version of Fortnite’s chests. These are pretty huge boxes that you can walk inside. To do so, you’ll need to stand in front of it (on the little mat thing) until the progress bar fills. Once it has, it’ll burst open and you’ll be all set to get what’s inside. More often than not, you’ll get some decent weapons or gear, and some cash so you can buy even more, too.
There’s also the obvious way of getting some extra cash in Radical Heights by picking it up off any other players you manage to kill (or any left by someone who missed it). It may seem like common sense, but it all adds up over time.
Finally, keep your eyes peeled for recycling machines dotted around the map. If you head over to these and interact with them when standing in front of them, it’ll take your old weapon or gadget out of your inventory and give you some cash in return. It’s not always a whole lot, but it works well as a last resort when you find yourself in a real pickle.
