Is Hellblade Xbox One X Enhanced?

Recommended Videos

After releasing on PS4 and PC last year, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has finally arrived on the Xbox One. Players will guide Senua through the hell as she seeks to rescue the soul of her lover, all the while dealing with her mental illness, which results in her constantly hearing voices. It’s a visually stunning and immersive experience, albeit one a little light on action. Regardless, if you’ve got an Xbox One X and want to make use of all that power, you may be wondering if Hellblade is Xbox One X enhanced.

Well, the good news is that yes, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is Xbox One X enhanced. The even better news is that thanks to a post over on Xbox Wire today, we have a few more details about how it’s been enhanced.

Players will have the option of playing the game in Enriched Visuals, High Framerate, or High-Resolution modes. The first offers increased visual details, the second offers 60fps gameplay, while the latter offers dynamic resolutions up to 4K at a 30fps framerate. As such, exactly what differences you see playing the game on an Xbox One X will depend on the setting you decided to go with.
