How to Bicycle Kick in FIFA 18
Of course, there’s plenty of sure-fire ways to score in FIFA 18, whether it be low driven shots or finesse shots. However, you may be looking to score with something that’s a little more spectacular. Maybe a bicycle kick in the mould of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s vs. England, or Wayne Rooney’s vs. Manchester City. Here’s everything you need to know about pulling one off in FIFA 18.
There’s two ways to try and score a bicycle kick. The first is to send a cross in from wide positions and pressing L2 and circle (LT and B if you’re on Xbox) when the ball is behind and above the player you’re trying to score with. It will be tough and it won’t work every time, but it is possible.
The other way is to set one up for yourself. It might be difficult in online modes when you’re being pressured by defenders, but it makes it easier. If you repeatedly press L2 and R1 (or your console’s equivalent), the player you’re controlling will juggle the ball. If you then flick the left stick in the direction you’re facing, the ball will go up in the air and you’re player will turn their back to the goal. When the ball is at its highest point, press the left trigger and shoot, and they’ll do a bicycle kick. Just keep your fingers crossed that it’ll fly into the top corner.
