Sayonara no Asa ni Yakusoku no Hana wo Kazarou, or Let’s Decorate the Promised Flowers in the Farewell Morning, is an upcoming drama and fantasy anime movie slated to release on February 24. The story is about a young woman from an incredibly unique family. Maquia and all her family members stop aging once they hit their mid-teens. While life is peaceful and simple for Maquia, she can’t fight off the lonely feelings she has brewing inside of her. Eventually, however, even her peace and quiet is stolen from her when the army becomes hell-bent on learning the secrets behind this family’s immortality. Their desires ultimately rob Maquia of her family and her home and a new journey begins to unfold after she stumbles upon a baby boy alone in the forest.
