Next month, you’ll be able to return to Paradise City, speed through the streets, crash spectacularly, and destroy hundreds of billboards as Burnout Paradise returns.
This remastered version includes all the DLC from the Year of Paradise, including the Big Surf Island update, and it is all “meticulously recreated and ready to wreck in 4K on the PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X.” You can see the reveal trailer below.
Having originally released just over ten years ago, Burnout Paradise is one of the more popular games in the racing series and features an open-world rather than linear races. The remastered version will come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 16. At this time, there is no news of a PC or Switch release, but we will update you if that changes.
Burnout Paradise Remastered will also be available to EA Access members from March 9, allowing them to play the game for ten hours before the full release. The game’s description reads, “Tear it up in the ultimate driving playground, from hectic downtown avenues to the wild mountain roads. Relive the high-octane stunts and wanton destruction of one of the greatest arcade-driving games ever!”
