Kingdom Come Deliverance: How to Check the Map

Checking the Map in Kingdom Come Deliverance

Recommended Videos

The open world of Kingdom Come Deliverance is huge, and it can be easy to find yourself lost while trying to pursue an objective. Because of that, you’ll need to consult the in-game map to get your bearings from time to time. The default controls in the game can feel a little strange, so finding the map might not be the easiest thing, but we’re here to help.

To check the map, all you have to do is press the up button on the d-pad. This will bring up the map, and show you all of the objectives currently available to you. You can zoom in and out of the map using the bumpers, and use the analog stick to hover over an objective to see what it is. You can also place markers on the map by pressing the square button on PS4 (or X on Xbox One). To remove the marker, press the button again.

While in the game, there’s also a compass at the top of the screen to guide you around landmarks and objectives, so you can always refer to that instead of the map.
