Razer Introduces the Kiyo and Seiren X for Professional-Grade Streaming

Give your streaming setup a boost.

Razer is announcing several new products during TwitchCon that you’ll definitely want to get your hands on if you’re a streamer or thinking of getting into the medium. The company is introducing two new additions to its Razer Broadcaster product line, including the Razer Kiyo camera as well as the Razer Seiren X microphone. Both products were created with input from professional game streamers to help put together a line that’s good for casual and professional users at an affordable price point.

The Razer Kiyo is an interesting solution for those looking for a better light source when streaming video, and it’s the first desktop camera that comes with an adjustable ring light. You won’t need to buy anything else to show off anything you want to stream with the ring light and twelve different levels of brightness that should make things look better no matter the environment. It will offer HD video output at 720p with 60 FPS and 1080p with 30 FPS. It will be compatible with both Split and OBS for you to broadcast with the software of your choosing.

The Razer Seiren X is a USB condenser microphone that’s a lot smaller to the other pro mics you may be used to seeing. The professional-grade microphone has 25 mm condenser capsules, removal desk stand, zero latency monitoring, and is shock-resistant. Its smaller size means it’s better than other, smaller microphones on the market to tote around with you for portable streaming as well.

Both the Razer Kiyo and Razer Seiren X are $99.99, targeting an Oct. 27 release on, where you’ll be able to buy them first. They’ll be available worldwide after that in Q4 of this year.
