XBOX GAMES WITH GOLD FREE GAMES FOR OCTOBER 2017

ea access, unravel

Unravel is an absolutely gorgeous indie game from Swedish game developer ColdWood Interactive, released last year in February. It’s actually quite a surprise Unravel hasn’t been included in any Games with Gold months thus far, as it is a medium-length, easy but fun platformer that did quite well critically last year that could appeal to players who might want easier gameplay. It also does a great job of showing off the visual capabilities of the Xbox One.

Unravel was also once offered for free to PS Plus subscribers in December 2016, and has so far only been on sale on Xbox One occasionally for Deals with Gold. If we don’t see Unravel in October, expect it sometime soon as its’ a pretty easy choice for Microsoft to include in Games with Gold as the indie game for the month.

Make sure to check back soon when the Games with Gold free titles for October 2017 are officially confirmed, so you can know what games are available and how long you have to download them.
