There are a total a five bosses you can fight in Splatoon 2, and you’ll face them at the end of each world you clear in the single-player campaign. It’s worth noting that the first time you face these bosses, you’ll be equipped with a predetermined weapon decided by the game, but you can repeat these fights with time trials and other equipment of your choosing.
