Capcom’s upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite has invited several familiar faces to its fold, introducing characters like Nemesis, Haggar, Frank West, Gamora, and Spider-Man to the fold.
Resident Evil’s Nemesis is armed with a rocket launcher and armored attacks as well as grabs that seem like a great idea for long-range attacks. Final Fight’s Haggar can even pull barrels from his pocket if you’re into that kind of thing. Dead Rising’s Frank West is a professional photographer and has covered wars, you know. But he looks a lot cooler in a Servbot helmet. It’s all about serving fresh lewks, you know. I’m here all week.
Spider-Man is your friendly neighborhood web slinger, and he’s got a pretty large arsenal of attacks as well as a Level 3 hyper combo. Lasly, Gamora’s looking a lot different from her appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (downgrade, IMO) and the “Most Dangerous Woman in the Universe” comes with her sword the Godslayer as well as a bad attitude. She travels with the Guardians of the Galaxy as you already know, but Rocket Raccoon is already in the game, which you’ve probably already seen.
You can look for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC when it releases on September 19. Hopefully by then some of the wonkiness with some of the characters (at least what I experienced from the story demo) has been worked out. Check out the fourth new gameplay trailer below.
