WB Games at E3 2017: What to Expect Them to Show

Everything from the likely to the long shots.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War

The success of the original Middle-earth game came as a bit of a surprise to some. Movie and book franchises don’t exactly have the greatest track record, but it burst onto the scene back in 2014 to strong critical and fan reaction, and even appeared on some Game of the Year lists too which was probably a pleasant surprise for WB Games.

The recently announced follow up, Middle-earth: Shadow of War, will look to build on the strong foundation of its predecessor and if all goes well, will likely be a huge hit when it releases this summer. The franchise is so incredibly popular that the follow up could be relatively conservative with its changes, and still probably please its fans.

E3 is not terribly far out from its brand new recently delayed Oct. 10 release date, so expect to hear a lot about Shadow of War leading up to, and during, the event.
