As we come to the end of June, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds’ developer, Bluehole Studio has released the patch notes for the Month 3 update dropping for the game this week.
The patch notes come via a post over on the game’s official Steam page. Most notably, Bluehole signposts the balancing tweaks made to loot spawns in the latest update. While they highlight that not all items suffered from the issue – which saw some items spawning more or less than Bluehole intended – the balance just wasn’t quite right for some items based on their tiers.
On top of the loot balancing fix in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds month 3 update, players will also get to enjoy a bunch of new weapons such as the Groza, an Assault Rifle which can only be obtained in Care Packages. You can check out the full patch notes for the month 3 update here.
Bluehole Studio is sending the patch to the test servers first tomorrow, June 28, before being sent out to the live servers on June 29 as long as everything is stable.
