Blizzard’s Heroes of the Storm Turns Two

Blizzard’s Heroes of the Storm Turns Two

Check out what Blizzard is giving the players to celebrate the occasion!

Heroes Of The Storm, Blizzard’s MOBA, turned two today! Released on June 2nd back in 2015, the free-to-play game has since developed a devoted community and a strong competitive scene with huge tournaments and even bigger prize pools. To celebrate the occasion, Blizzard has started a special community event that runs from today until June 12th. This event includes an anniversary spray, portrait, and banner for those who play three matches in any game mode, regardless of whether you win or lose. Along with these items, daily loot chests will also drop for players who log in during the festivities.

On top of the exclusive in-game items, the developers are also planning on hosting a livestream on the game’s official Twitch channel on June 5th at 10 a.m PDT. On this livesteam, there will be games played, prizes given away, and special guests making surprise appearances! With the recent release of Heroes of the Storm 2.0, which saw new characters and gameplay elements added into the mix, there hasn’t been a better time to try out this great (and free) title!
