Accessing the 3C3C1D119440927 DLC in NieR Automata

If you’ve purchased the brand new DLC pack for NieR Automata, you’re probably itching to jump back into the game and see what it has to offer. Before anything, though, first you have to make sure you have a save file present on your PS4 or PC system. If you deleted all of your save data after beating the game, you’ll need to either restore a save file backup or restart the game entirely. There’s no getting around this, unfortunately.

Once you load up your save file, use the Chapter Select option to jump to any point in the story where you’ve already gained access to the open world. Chapters three and four should work nicely. Alternatively, you can also just start a new game and progress until you finish the main story.

Once you’ve loaded in (and installed the DLC), you should get a mail prompt. Check your inbox at the nearest terminal and you should receive an email from an anonymous sender. This will initiate a new side quest with three location markers on your map. Simply follow the markers to check out the new content.
