Little Nightmares: How to Slide Under Objects

How to Slide Under Objects in Little Nightmares

Recommended Videos

Whether you’re simply looking for an escape route or a place to hide, knowing how to slide in Little Nightmares could save Six’s life. Fortunately, it’s pretty easy to do as long as you know exactly what it is you have to do.

To slide in Little Nightmares, you’ll first need to be sprinting by holding the X/ Square button while directing Six with the left analog stick. Start sprinting towards the object you want to slide under and just as you approach it press and hold the L2/ LT button.

This will result in Six sliding and skidding across the floor. As soon as you see Six slowing down, you’ll want to let go of the L2/ LT button, otherwise, she’ll assume a crouched position. Keep your finger on the sprint button the whole time, as this will allow you to get away quickly if you’re being chased.

Knowing this move is particularly useful if you’re being chased and don’t have anywhere to hide. Look for tables or other objects you can quickly slide underneath that your pursuers will need to walk around. This will often give you a large enough gap to escape unharmed.
