Samurai Shodown Gets New Gameplay Trailer Showing Hibiki Takane’s Attacks in Action

SNK released a new trailer of its popular fighting game Samurai Shodown focusing on upcoming DLC character Hibiki Takane.

While the trailer is titled “special attacks,” the video actually provides an overview of Hibiki’s attacks in general, culminating with the special ones.

If you’re unfamiliar with Hibiki Takane, she is a guest character from SNK’s own The Last Blade 2. You can watch her in action below.

Hibiki Takane was revealed back in January and showcased a few days ago. She will be the second character of the third season pass for the game and her release date is April 28.

The first character of the third season pass, Cham Cham, is already available, while two more characters remain to be revealed.

We already know that another guest character is coming as a guest from another series, more precisely Arc System Works’ Guilty Gear. That will be the fourth of the season pass, while the third remains mysterious.

The game is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, PC via Epic Games Store, and Google Stadia.
