New Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC Raises Money for Veterans

A worthy cause.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was recently released and it seems the fast paced first person shooter is still one of the most popular games around. If you love playing Call of Duty, and like to stand out on the Battlefield, then you may want to check out this new personalization pack which not only includes new camo, but also raises money for military veterans.

A new Call of Duty Endowment Courage personalization pack has been released for Infinite Warfare and includes a new weapon camo, weapon accessory, a themed reticle and emblem, and an animated calling card. The DLC sells for $5 and all of the proceeds go to the Call of Duty Endowment which helps find jobs for veterans.

To celebrate the release of the pack, Infinity Ward will be hosting a livestream event via the studio’s Twitch channel on Friday, Dec. 9, from 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET. The broadcast will feature Studio members, voice actors, and “special guests.”

Call of Duty Endowment was first launched back in 2009. Speaking of it, Infinity Ward studio head Dave Stohl said:

“Infinity Ward is thrilled to partner with the Endowment to support getting vets back to work. We’ve poured our hearts into making the incredibly cool, specially themed C.O.D.E. Courage personalization pack. The pack features more ways than ever before to help players demonstrate their charity and show a willingness to help the most veterans possible as they come home from war and readjust to civilian life.”

“Employment is vital to providing stability when transitioning from military to civilian life,” added Call of Duty Endowment executive director Dan Goldenberg. “Infinity Ward, Treyarch, Sony and Microsoft continue to be indispensable partners in this effort, as the in-game program would not be possible without their generosity and commitment. We are grateful for their continued support.”
