After letting those who pre-ordered Infinite Warfare’s Legacy Edition on PS4 get to play the entirety of Modern Warfare Remastered’s campaign last week, Infinity Ward is now preparing to launch the multiplayer beta for this latest installment in the Call of Duty franchise.
The beta will be available to anyone who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, and will go live first on PlayStation 4 this Thursday, October 14th.
Infinity Ward has dropped a new trailer to give eager players the low-down on everything they can expect once they jump into the online firefights.
Beta players will be able to try out three multiplayer maps, as well as get to grips with the new Combat Rigs system, which are essentially classes with their own unique weapons and abilities.
Xbox One players who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be able to experience the beta one week after the PlayStation 4 launch, beginning October 21st.
Unfortunately, no beta has been planned for the PC.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is due to release on November 4th, 2016, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
