Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location – How to Beat Night 4

Night 4 – Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location

Recommended Videos

If you’ve been playing Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location, you may have noticed that it’s a bit more manageable than previous entries in the franchise. At least until you get up to Night 4 and realize that Scott Cawthon had absolutely no plans of letting you off easily. This is by far one of the hardest nights in the franchise’s history, but don’t worry, it isn’t impossible.

Before we start, there’s a few things you need to know:

  • You are inside of one of the animatronic suits.
  • You will have to wind spring locks to keep them from popping.
  • You will have Minireenas climbing you, but you only have to pay attention to the ones on the left an the right, not the ones in the bottom center.
  • All movement matters, so don’t go moving around crazily, that’s an easy way to guarantee a game over.

Okay, so now you’re ready to begin Night 4. At the beginning, Baby will release the face plates of the suit you’re wearing, leaving you exposed to the little puppets we mentioned before. The only way to keep alive is to shake them off while also keeping the 10 springlocks located around the mask wound up. This is done by holding down the left mouse-button over them. Make sure that you hold the button and don’t try a rapid click. It’s actually faster to wind them up this way.

You’ll want to wind all of them up to max when Night 4 first begins. This may seem scary since you’ll have puppets climbing you at the same time, but don’t worry, you have enough time to get them all to max. Once that’s done the real action starts.

As you check and see one of Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location’s little puppets climbing, do not rush to shake it off right away. You won’t die until it reaches the top so give it some time to see if another starts climbing on the opposite side (which happens 99% of the time – math may not be accurate). Once that happens shake them both off by shaking about 3-5 times. Why should you wait? Because shaking loosens your springs by a lot so you’ll want to shake as little as possible as you continuously wind up the springlocks.

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location Night 4 starts off pretty easy, but over time it becomes more hectic. The little minireenas don’t become faster (thankfully), but your springlocks will start hitting the red, while more puppets appear. It becomes a tighter game of managing shakes will also winding locks. The faster a lock blinks red, the closer it is to coming undone so focus on those while using any open opportunities to wind the others, as well.

You’ll definitely want to keep to the practice of not rushing to shake the little minions off. Again, they have to go pretty high to kill you so you have time to wind and wait for others. Once you see a pair or if the puppet is far past the midway point, then you can shake. Just three to five times, don’t go crazy as it will cost you the night.

If all goes well, and you remember to stay calm and don’t get shake happy, you will survive the night. It will take you down to the wire, so don’t let up until you see that time flash. Good luck.
