Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2: Where to Do Two Player Quests

Two Player Quests in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 allows players to fight alongside their friends in Parallel and Expert Quests. Before you can play two player quests in the game, though, you’ll first have to set up a team.

To do so, one of you must register a team while in an online lobby.

Simply walk up to the counter located right next to where you accept Parallel Quests near the time machine (it’s the measly little white rocket).

Once you’re a team leader, you can invite friends by pausing and scrolling down to find players. Also, if you happen to be in a chat party, you can invite directly from the party.

There have been some difficulties with finding friends when playing, so a good idea is to start an online versus match and inviting friends that way.

You can then favorite them after having “met” them in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 by going to Find Players, then Players Met, then favoriting them. They’ll now always be under your favorites list when it’s time to play again.

Once you and your friends are in a team. You can do two player (or more) Parallel Quests by going to the Online Parallel Quest desk located to the left of where you choose offline quest.

Only the team leader can choose a quest, and once confirmed it will send an invite to everyone in your team. Now once you get in, just ready up.

If you have open slots and don’t want to play with strangers (it doesn’t let you set every slot as private), just ready up quickly and it will only be your and your friends.

The same works for Expert Quests as well. Fly up to the quest you want to partake in and have your friends join. If you ready up quickly it will just be two players (or however many friends you have, up to four total) along with AI controlled allies to fill up the full team of six.

Do note that you cannot do any story missions, master quests, base activities (Hercule’s House, Capsule Corporation, etc.), or world events (blue exclamation points on map) while part of a team.
