Beyond Good and Evil is the latest free game to be given away to gamers by Ubisoft in order to celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary. The #Ubi30 promotion was started in June and was a way for Ubisoft to mark its 30th birthday by giving away free games every month on PC.
As GamingOnPC reports, the free game to be given to players for October is none other than Beyond Good and Evil, a classic Ubisoft game for which a sequel has been long awaited. It was recently announced that a sequel was in pre-producton so choosing the original game to give away could well be Ubisoft’s way of reminding players what a great game it is.
Past games given away are Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, Rayman Origins, and The Crew. The Crew can still be downloaded until October 12, so hurry up if you’ve not already got it. You will need a Ubisoft Club account to take advantage of the free games on offer.
